It's not exactly freshly cut...Last year, on the day after Christmas we found a bargain at Rite Aid on fake trees... this one for $15. We've never done the artifical tree, and when we put it up this year... well... it was a little thinner and dinkier than we hoped.
Ah well, maybe we'll get a different one next year!

I think it's beautiful! And for $15, what a steal!!! We always get a smaller tree because, a. they're outrageously expensive and b. our "great" room isn't "great" big. ;)
I think it looks great! I like how it is tall and skinny, it looks great in that corner. We are finally going to get ours tonight, yeah! :)
